The Service integrates with Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") APIs. This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Our use of Meta data is also subject to Meta's data use policies.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

1.2 Information from Meta Platform Integration

When you connect your Meta advertising account to the Service, we access the following data through Meta's Marketing API:

  • Ad Account Information: Account ID, account name, account status, and business association.
  • Campaign Data: Campaign, ad set, and ad configurations including names, objectives, targeting settings, budgets, schedules, and status.
  • Creative Content: Ad creative assets including images, videos, ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and call-to-action buttons.
  • Performance Metrics: Impressions, reach, clicks, click-through rates, conversions, cost data, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other advertising performance metrics.
  • Aggregated Insights: Aggregated audience insights and demographic breakdowns as provided by Meta (we do not access individual user data from Meta's platforms).

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Service, we automatically collect certain information:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Information: Pages viewed, features used, actions taken, time spent on pages, and navigation patterns within the Service.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and other standard server log information.
  • Location Information: General location information derived from your IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

You may disconnect your Meta advertising account from the Service at any time through your account settings or by revoking access through your Meta Business Settings. Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing new data from your Meta account, though previously collected data may be retained in accordance with our data retention policy.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Purpose Limitation: We use Meta advertising data solely for the purposes of providing creative analysis, performance insights, optimization recommendations, and AI-generated advertising creative assets through the Service. We do not use Meta data for any undisclosed purposes.
  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, license, rent, or otherwise transfer Meta advertising data to any third party except as necessary to provide the Service through our authorized service providers.
  • No Individual Targeting: We do not use Meta data to identify, target, or profile individual end users of Meta's platforms. We access only aggregated insights and advertiser-level data.
  • Data Deletion: Upon your request, disconnection of your Meta account, or as required by Meta, we will delete Meta advertising data in accordance with Meta's requirements and our data retention policy.
  • Compliance: Our data practices comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Data Use Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and Meta's policies regarding Meta data, Meta's policies shall prevail.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
